Viewing the record is similar to a Windows Explorer tree hierarchy, showing all encounters residing in the system.

View images in a thumbnail format, side by side, or single page format. Enhance images by manipulating contrast, rotation, zooming, etc. Navigation buttons for "Go to Page" or single advance forward/backward make viewing images quick and easy. Multiple printing options, such as single image, individual accounts or entire records, allow the user the flexibility needed to increase their efficiency.

Images can be sent, based on security level, directly from the system via fax/modem or Internet to outside requestors such as physician offices, billing services, coding companies, or other healthcare facilities. Highly secured encryption codes are used to transport images through the Internet.
